On/Off switch (2) (Fig. 1 + 8)
WARNING
Risk of being drawn in!
The product begins to rotate immediately after being
switched on. Never put hands and feet on or under
rotating parts. Keep your distance from the ejection
opening.
Notes:
Before starting up each time, check the product for the
following:
• Damage and completeness of the guards and the
roller. Replace damaged parts.
• All screw connections are tight.
• Smooth running of all moving parts.
1. Always hold the product with both hands during the
work. Hold both handles (1 + 6).
2. Lift the product slightly before switching it on.
3. To switch the product on, press the switch lock (3)
and the on/off switch (2).
4. Release the switch lock (3) again.
5. Push the product forwards at walking pace.
6. To switch it off, simply release the on/off switch (2).

Adjusting the speed and ejection
width (Fig. 8)
Note:
Level 1 = low, level 6 = high
1. Turn the speed controller (4) to the required level.
2. Start at a lower speed and increase it as required.
9.5
Overload shutdown
In the event of overloading, the motor will switch itself
off. After a cool-down period (time varies) the motor can
be switched back on again.

10.1
Instructions for blowing snow
• It is easier and more efficient to clear snow immedi-
ately after is has fallen and before it gets too high.
• The angle when pushing the product affects the
ejection width and the remaining snow height.
• Clear the top snow layer in several passes when
clearing greater snow heights.
• Allow the product to run for a few minutes after
clearing the snow so that the moisture dries and
moving parts do not freeze.
• Wait until all moving parts have come to a standstill.
• Remove the batteries after completing work.

11 Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING
Have maintenance and repair tasks that are
not described in this operating manual, car-
ried out by a specialist workshop. Use only
original spare parts.
There is a risk of accident! Always perform
maintenance and cleaning work with the
battery removed. There is a danger of inju-
ry! Let the Product cool down before all
maintenance and cleaning tasks. Elements
of the engine are hot. There is a danger of
injury and burning!
The product can start unexpectedly and cause inju-
ries.

Remove the battery.

Allow the product to cool down.

Cleaning
1. Wait until all moving parts have come to a standstill.
2. Remove snow and ice from the product.
3. Keep protective devices, air vents and the motor
housing as free of dust and dirt as possible. Rub the
product clean with a clean cloth or blow it off with
compressed air at low pressure. We recommend
that you clean the product directly after every use.
4. Ventilation openings must always be free.
5. Do not use any cleaning products or solvents; they
could attack the plastic parts of the product. Make
sure that no water can penetrate the product interi-
or.
11.2
Maintenance
The product is maintenance-free.
12 Storage
Preparation for storage
1. Wait until all moving parts have come to a standstill.
2. Remove both batteries (21).
3. Clean and check the product for damage.
Store the product and its accessories in a dark, dry and
frost-free place that is inaccessible to children.
The optimum storage temperature is between 5°C and
30˚C.
Store the product in its original packaging.
Cover the product to protect it from dust or moisture.
Store the operating manual with the product.
