ever, if a product does not function perfectly, we deeply
regret this and ask that you contact our customer ser-
vice at the address specified below. We will also be
glad to assist you by telephone via the service number.
The following information is intended to help you to pro-
cess and settle your claim without any problems.
For the assertion of warranty claims, the following
applies:
1. The warranty conditions govern our additional
manufacturer warranty services for purchasers (pri-
vate end consumers) of new products. The statutory
warranty claims are not affected by this warranty.

chased the product from.
2. The warranty service extends exclusively to de-
fects in a new product purchased by you that are
based on a material or manufacturing fault and is, at
our discretion, limited to the repair of such defects
free of charge or the replacement of the product (al-
so replacement with a successor model, if neces-
sary). Replaced products or parts shall become our
property. Please note that our products were not
designed for commercial, trade or professional use.
A warranty claim is therefore not valid if the product
has been used in commercial, trade or industrial op-
erations within the warranty period or has been sub-
jected to equivalent stress.
