• Intersect the seat base with the seat back at the joint (Fig 2a). Press the latch
down to insert the hinge rod through the seat back and seat base (Fig. 2b).
NOTE: Firmly slide the rod until it stops (Fig. 2c). Ensure the latch is moved
up to secure rod and seat in place (Fig. 2d).

• Slide the left and right sides' Height Bracket onto the Seat Base (Fig. 3a).
Lock the brackets in place (Fig. 3b).
• Slide the Footrest onto the Seat Base (Fig. 4). Lock Footrest into place.
• Insert the front tube of the right and left side Upper Frame Assemblies into
the Height Adjuster (Fig. 5). The front tube is easily distinguished from the
rear tube by the array of holes located on the backside of the front tube.
