OPERATION
WARNING - Do not leave the appliance
unattended when it is in operation so that
you can quickly intervene in case of danger.
Before first use
Remove all packaging material.
Remove all stickers or labels from the
appliance, except for the appliance's rating
plate.
Wash the basket and crisper plate with hot
water, a little liquid detergent, and a non-
abrasive sponge.
Clean the interior and exterior of the
appliance with a damp cloth.
When using the fryer for the first time,
you may notice smoke or a slight odor in
the first few minutes of cooking. This is
normal. Make sure the environment is well-
ventilated.
Use
Connect the power cord to a grounded
power outlet.
Turn the temperature selector to the
desired temperature.
Turn the timer selector to the desired
cooking time, the fryer starts operating; the
operating indicator light turns on, as well as
the temperature indicator light, if you have
selected a temperature.
During
operation,
indicator light will turn on and off. This
indicates that the heating elements are
activated and deactivated to maintain the
preset temperature.
An audible alert indicates that the preset
cooking time has ended; the fryer turns off.

Turn the temperature selector to "0".
Make sure the food is thoroughly cooked.
If necessary, reinsert the basket, set
the temperature selector to the desired
temperature, and adjust the timer for a few
more minutes.
Preheating the basket
Turn the timer to 5 minutes, set the
temperature to 200°C, and preheat the
basket.
NOTES:
If the basket is cold, add 3 minutes to the
cooking time or preheat the basket.
Some foods need to be stirred halfway
through cooking. To stir them, slide the
basket out of the body and shake it. Then,
slide the basket back into the body; cooking
continues.
Recommendations
Place the appliance on a stable, level, and
heat-resistant surface.
Leave at least 50 mm of space around the
appliance.
Have oven gloves (or a kitchen towel) at
hand, use heat-resistant plastic tongs, and
a heat-resistant mat or plate to support the
basket.
To remove the basket from the body, hold
the top part of the body.
Grab the handle of the basket with your
hand and slide the basket out of the body.
Place the basket on a heat-resistant mat.
To remove the crisper plate from the
basket, use the holes in the tray to remove
it by hand; wait for the crisper plate and
basket to cool.
