Fault
Only two cooking zones operate when first
used
The cooking zones do not work
-Multiple cooking zones were selected
simultaneously.
-The safety shutdown was triggered after
1 hour of operation without
touching/changing.
-Check fuse/mains power supply
The residual heat indicator does not light
up although a cooking zone has been
switched off.
-Cooking zone ON for less than 30 sec.
-Cooking zone ON for more than 30 sec.
-Cooking zone seems hotter than 60°C
Buzzing sound when the cooking zone is
switched on
The cooking zone has discoloured
-Possibly caused by burnt-in food residues.
26. Repairs
CAUTION
Have repairs to electrical appliances carried out only by a qualified
electrician. An incorrectly performed repair can pose dangers for the user
and lead to a voiding of warranty claims!

Check the mains power socket for loose
screws and cable connections and rectify.
Start up the cooking zones in a staggered
manner.
Switch the hob on again.
Replace the fuse or have the mains power
cable replaced by a qualified electrician.
