7. Clean the oil screw rod and place it in the oil tank
to check the oil level.
8. Make sure the oil level is such that the dipstick is
smeared with oil between the two marks.

Periodically check the oil level and make sure that it is
between the two marks on the dipstick. If it is below
the lowest you should oil-filled.
For a correct operation of your log splitter with
hydraulic transmission system use a Garland oil for
hydraulic devices Ref. 7100000046 that can be found
at www.recaball.com
