Precaution in case of gas leak
When gas can be smelled inside the house, the following precautions must be observed:
01. Do not light any kind of flame.
02. Do not operate any electric switch.
03. Do not use the phone or mobile phones near the range, leave the room in question
and call for help from an open and ventilated place.
04. Close the gas valve or disconnect the gas regulator.
05. Check the front panel if all knobs are in the off position.
06. Open windows and doors for better ventilation.
07. If the leak is in the gas cylinder, disconnect the cylinder and take it to an open, well
ventilated space and call the gas supplier.
08. If the range is fueled by piped gas or by gas coming from a central storage
(buildings) in lines, close immediately the gas valves and call the gas supplier.
09. Call technical servicio to check on the problem.
Gas range installation
01. Leave at least 80 to 85cm between the top of the gas
range and any cabinet or range hood install above
prepared to be installed built in.
02. Leave at least 2cm in the back and each side of the
gas range to allow the heat to get out.
03. lnstall the chain to the back of the oven (only for some
models);
04. lnstall the bracket to the back plate;
05. lnstall the flame blocker on the pan support (only for
some models).
06. Make sure to not blok the oven gas exit, including the
funnel or the gas vents, when you install the oven.
07. The metal support must be fixed either to ensure that
the heat of the rear cover can escape smoothly.
