Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING! Before cleaning, always unplug the unit.
• Clean the outside with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use flammable or abrasive detergents such as benzene
or white spirit to clean the unit.
• Never immerse the speaker or cables in water and do not allow
any liquid to enter any part of the unit.
Troubleshooting
Problem
The speaker does
not work.
There is no sound.
Possible Cause
• The plug is loose or
not connected.
• The volume is set
too low.
• The devices
are incorrectly
connected.

Solution
• Check the power cord and make sure it
is firmly connected to the wall socket.
• Check the ON/OFF button is turned on
and working.
• Increase the speaker volume and check
that the audio source is not on mute or
low volume.
• In LINE IN mode, check the cable is
connected and the external device is
working properly.
• When using the microphone/guitar,
check the cable, make sure the
microphone/guitar is switched on and
the volume is turned up on the speaker.
• In USB mode, check compatible files
are on the USB memory stick and that
they are not corrupted. Try reloading
the files onto the USB memory stick or
use another USB memory stick.
