Troubleshooting
IMPORTANT!
When the compressor is being turned on, the refrigerator creates some sounds / noises, like gurgling - this is normal.
Repairs to refrigerators/freezers may only be performed by qualified repair technicians. Improper repairs can cause
significant hazards for the user. If the appliance needs to be repaired, please contact your specialist dealer or your local
Service Center.
● Before contacting Furrion Customer Service:
1. Try to solve the problem yourself following the points described in the table below.
2. Turn off the appliance and restart it to see if the fault persists.
Internal temperature is too high
Internal temperature is too low
Excessive appliance noise
Appliance operation failure
Presence of water at the base of the refrigerator
NOTE: If problems persist after the above procedures, contact your nearest Technical Assistance department.
NOTE: If the power cable needs to be replaced, remove the plug from the power socket and install the new cable, which
must be requested from the Service Center and installed by a qualified technician to ensure that it is properly connected and
repaired. If problems persist after the above procedures.
Product/Packing Material Disposal
The packing material is recyclable. The following procedure is recommended:
Dispose of paper, card and carton in the relative recycling containers.
Dispose of plastics in the relative recycling containers.
If there is not recycling in your area, then put the material in ordinary bins and/or take it to the appropriate collection centers.
Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste. Special treatment of such waste is necessary.
Meaning of crossed-out wheeled dustbin: Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted
municipal waste, use separate collection facilities.
Contact you local government for information regarding the collection systems available.
If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the
groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being.
Risk of children entrapment. Before your throw away your old refrigerator:
Remove the electrical connection wiring and also ensure that the door is removed and
leave the shelves in place to prevent children from being trapped inside - DANGER OF
SUFFOCATION!
Issue
Make sure that the door closes properly.
Make sure that the thermostat setting is correct.
Make sure that the refrigerator is not positioned close to heat sources.
Make sure that air can circulate freely at the rear of the appliance.
Make sure that the condenser is not blocked.
Make sure that the thermostat setting is correct.
Make sure that the appliance is levelled correctly
Make sure that the thermostat is not set to 0.
Make sure that the power supply is connected properly
Make sure that the automatic cut-out on the main line has not tripped or that
the fuse is not broken.
Make sure that the power cable is not faulty.
Make sure that the water drain outlet at the rear is not blocked. Clean if
necessary.
