− Never cover the power supply unit. En-
sure that sufficient ventilation is provid-
ed in order to prevent the power supply
unit from overheating.
− Do not use the power supply unit if the
housing or cord is defective or has other
visible damages.
− In the event of damage, only have the
power supply unit serviced by the man-
ufacturer, its customer service team or a
similarly qualified person to avoid risks.
− Always disconnect the power supply
unit from the socket if you would like to
clean the blood pressure monitor or if
you do not use the blood pressure mon-
itor for a prolonged period.
