Securing the burner to the boiler
Provide an adequate lifting system of the burner.
With some boilers it is possible that the CO values
exceed those stated in this manual. To lower
these emissions it is necessary to use the recircu-
lating pipe supplied.
WARNING
To install the burner on the boiler, do the following:
Put the screw 5) and two nuts 2) on the flange 1)(Fig. 9).
if necessary, widen the holes of the insulating gasket
(Fig. 7).
To the door of the boiler 3)(Fig. 9) fix the flange 1) using the
screws 5) and (if necessary) the nuts 2) placing the insulat-
ing gasket 4)(Fig. 9) in-between.
In any event, make sure that the combustion head
crosses the entire thickness of the boiler door.

The seal between burner and boiler must be
airtight.

Installation
Only for burner RG3: when the installation is fin-
ished, check the burner is slightly tilted, as shown
in Fig. 8.
