(1) Tighten gradually by alternating between the two screws, then tighten firmly
3. Installation
Follow the Safety Regulations described in this Instruction Manual.
•
Install the device on a flat, stable, clean, non-slip, dry and fire-resistant surface at 30 cm (at least) from the walls.
➢ Adjust the levelling foot (Pos. 5 Fig. 1) to compensate for unevenness on the setup surface
➢ Lock the levelling foot in place by tightening the lock nut
•
Prior of each use, always check the good condition of the device.
4. Operation
•
Fixing the instrument:
➢ Move the upper support block to the desired height and tighten the left knob to lock it in place
➢ Slide the instrument support shaft into the upper support block
➢ Tighten the right knob to lock the instrument at the chosen depth
Note:
Respect the max permissible load as described in Chapter 6 "Technical data".
