Fixing the vessel holder with safety belt (Code 40003259):
➢ Move the lower support block to the desired height and tighten the left knob to lock it in place
➢ Slide the vessel holder into the lower support block
➢ Tight the right knob to lock the vessel holder with safety belt at the chosen depth
Securing the sample container:
➢ Attach the belt to one side of the clamp through one of the first two holes in the belt ("A" or "B" - Fig. 2).
The two holes allow for different levels of safety belt tension when securing the container.
➢ The vessel holder with safety belt is required to hold the container in place while the instrument is working, thus
ensuring safe operation
➢ Strech the tape slightly around the container and secure it to the clamp through the hole that fits best
➢ When securing the receptacle, if the belt is too loose or too tight, change the first attachment hole between "A" and
"B" (see Fig. 2)

Adjusting the Endpoint ring (Pos. 3 Fig. 1):
Note:
The Endpoint ring allows the operator to set an endpoint to the vertical movement of the instrument. In this way, the
instrument cannot accidentally hit the bottom of the receptacle containing the sample to be processed, thus ensuring
operator safety.
By setting a lower end point for the instrument, the ring also allows to simplify the operation when many samples need
to be processed in series.
➢ Loosen the endpoint ring fixing knob
➢ Fix the disperser at the minimum height needed for operation
➢ Slide the safety ring upwards until is stops against the sliding tube
➢ Firmly tighten the endpoint ring fixing knob
Adjusting the height of the disperser:
➢ Hold the instrument by hand and loosen the left knob of the upper support block
➢ Slide the instrument to the desired height and tighten the left knob to lock it in place
Note:
1. The vibrations generated by the instrument may loosen the fixing knobs. Check that the instrument and the sample
container are securely mounted in position before use and at regular periods.
2. Before operating on the Mini H-Stand, always turn off the main switch of the instrument
5. Maintenance and cleaning
No routine or extraordinary maintenance is necessary for the unit.
