INSTALLING TUBE FRAME AND AXLE
See Figure 5.
z Place the snow blower upside down in a stable position.
z Align the tube frame and axle as shown.
z Place the tube clamps over the open end of the frame
and secure with four of the hex screws with the included
hex wrench.
z Secure the U part of the frame with the remaining hex
screws.
NOTE: Be careful not to over tighten the screws.
INSTALLING THE WHEELS
See Figure 6.
z Locate the two wheels, wheel caps, four washers, and
two cotter pins.
z Place one washer onto the axle.
z Slide a wheel onto the axle, followed by a second washer.
z Insert a cotter pin through the hole on the axle. Bend the
longer side of the pin away and over the axle to secure
the wheel in place.
z Align the tabs on the wheel cap with the slots on the wheel
and press to lock into place.
z Repeat for the other wheel.
