INSTALLING THE DISCHARGE CHUTE
CONNECTING ROD
See Figure 10.
z Loosen but do not remove the screw on the chute rod
connector of the snow blower.
z Insert the lower chute adjustment rod and align the holes
on the connector and tab.
z Tighten the screw securely.
z Remove the screw in the top barrel of the lower chute
connector rod.
z Insert the upper chute adjustment handle through the eye-
let in the lower handle and into the barrel on the lower rod.
z Align the screw holes, reinstall the screw, and tighten
securely.
z Once assembly is complete, secure the power cord from
the switch to the snow blower to the right side of the lower
handle tube with the two cord clips.
