3.3
RECOMMENDATIONS AND MEASURES TO
PREVENT OTHER HAZARDS:
-
The operator must assume the working
position shown on page 60. He must never
touch the running driving belts or put his
hands inside any cavity.
-
The operator must pay attention to avoid the
blades during the tape replacement.
- Never try to stop or hold the case while it is
being driven by the belts. First engage the
the EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON.
- Never work without the safety protections.
- Never remove or disable the safety devices.
- Only authorized personnel should be
allowed to carry out adjustments, repairs
or maintenance which require operation with
reduced safety protections. During such
operations, access to the machine must be
restricted. When the work is finished, the
safety protections must immediately be
reactivated.
- Disconnect from main power source before
cleaning and/or performing maintenance.
- Clean the machine using only a dry cloth or
light detergents. Do not use solvents, petrols
etc.
- Do not modify the machine or any part of
it. The manufacturer will not be
responsible for any modifications.
- Any modifications to equipment voids
manufacturer's warranty.
- Carefully follow the installation instructions
of this manual. The manufacturer will not
be responsible for damages caused by
improper installation.
3.4
PERSONAL SAFETY MEASURES
(Safety glasses, safety gloves, safety
helmet, safety shoes, air filters, ear
muffs). None is required, except when
recommended by the user.

QUE NO PUEDEN SER ELIMINADOS
El operador es invitado a permanecer en la
posición de trabajo indicada en la pág. 66, a no
tocar nunca las correas en movimiento, a no
tocar ningún punto del interior de la máquina en
funcionamiento, a no introducir las manos en
ninguna cavidad, a alimentar la máquina
teniendo las manos en la posición justa y a
prestar mucha atención a las cuchillas mediante
el cambio de cintas.
PROHIBICIONES RELATIVAS A COMPOR -
TAMIENTOS NO CONSENTIDOS O INCORREC -
TOS, RAZONABLEMENTE PREVISIBLES
- No intente nunca contrarrestar la acción
de tracción de la caja sin haber pulsado
anteriormente el botón STOP
EMERGENCIA.
- No utilice la máquina con las protecciones
desmontadas.
- No desactive los sistemas de seguridad.
- No desmonte las protecciones.
- Sólo el personal autorizado tendrá la
facultad de efectuar las regulaciones,
reparaciones y manutenciones que exige
el manejo de la máquina con las
protecciones reducidas. Durante tales
operaciones el acceso a la máquina estará
restringido a los técnicos especialistas. Al
final de cada intervención la máquina
volverá a su estado inicial con las
protecciones activadas.
- Las operaciones de limpieza y
mantenimiento deben realizarse después
de haber cortado la energía eléctrica.
- Limpie con trapos secos o soluciones
detergentes suaves. No utilice disolventes,
gasolina, etc.
- No modifique la máquina o partes de la
máquina. SIAT no responde de las posibles
consecuencias.
- Modificationes a la maquina vacio garantia.
- Siga atentamente las instrucciones de
instalación de este manual. La SIAT S.A. no
responde de los inconvenientes causados
en caso contrario.
MEDIOS PERSONALES DE PROTECCIÓN.
(Gafas, guantes, casco, zapatos, filtros/respi-
radores, auriculares de protección).
Ninguno si no está recomendado por el
usuario.
