TAPE ROTATION PHOTO EYE (IO/14)
If after a case has been erected and sealed, and
the machine stops at each cycle, it is necessary
to check the position of photocell n.1.
Si durante el funcionamiento automático,
la máquina, después del moldeado y el
precintado de la caja, se para en
cada ciclo, es necesario comprobar la posición
de la célula fotoeléctrica n. 1.
Without removing the taping unit, make sure that
photo eye n. 1 is in line with the wheel located
under the unit. Otherwise, vertically adjust the
position of the photocell.
Sin extraer la unidad precintadora, compruebe
que la célula fotoeléctrica n. 1 esté a la altura de
los agujeros de la rueda ubicada en la misma
unidad. En caso contrario, regule la posición de
la célula fotoeléctrica en sentido vertical.
Photo eye n. 2 senses low and no tape (IO/12).
Adjust the position of the photo eye according to
the minimum diameter of the tape roll.
La célula fotoeléctrica n. 2 controla y señala a
través del cuadro eléctrico el agotamiento de
la cinta adhesiva. Regule la posición de la célula
fotoeléctrica sobre el diámetro mínimo de la
bovina de la cinta.
