MACHINE STARTING
- Close the side safety doors
- Release the Emergency Stop button
- Turn the main switch to ON position
- Press the blue RESET button
- Press the white Motors Start button
- Press the green START button

START-UP
Before starting, check the main functions of the
machine.
1 Entry air pressure 6 BAR, if pressure is below
5.5 the machine functions are not safe.
2 Press the START button and check that
Emergency Stops are working properly.
3 Press the START button and check that
machine stops if side door is opened.

11-USO DE LA MÁQUINA
PUESTA EN MAR
- Cierre la protección contra accidentes.
- Desactive los pulsadores STOP
EMERGENCIA de retención.
- Introduzca aire en el circuit
- Gire el interruptor principal hasta la
posición ON.
- Accione el pulsador STOP/RESET.
- Accione el pulsador MARCHA.
INICIO DE LA PRODUCCIÓN
Antes de iniciar el ciclo de producción,
controle las funciones principales de la
máquina.
1 Presión de entrada del aire: 6 BAR. Si la
presión es inferior a 5,5 BAR no se
garantizan todas las funciones.
2 Accione el pulsador MARCHA y controle
el funcionamiento de los pulsadores
EMERGENCIA de retención.
3 Accione el pulsador MARCHA y verifique
que, abriendo la protección , la
máquina se para.
