Suggestions:
Whipping whites: speed 4, 4- 5 minutes.
Whip cream: speed 7, 4- 5 minutes.
INNER BASKET:
The inner basket is suitable for steaming small quan-
tities of food such as rice, vegetables, fish and meat.
Please follow the steps:

1- Install the blade in the mixing jar.
2- Add water to the mixing jar.
3- Place the inner basket in the jar and place the
food in the basket.
4- Then close the lid of the beaker mixing jar.
5- Turn the lid until it locks into place. Install the jar
on the appliance.
6- Place the measuring cup/plug into the lid nozzle.
7- Plug in and press the "Power" button.
8- Set the time, speed and temperature you need.
9- Press the "Start/Stop" button.
The appliance starts to operate and the timer starts
counting down.
10- A "Beep" sound will be heard when the opera-
tion is completed.
11- After use, switch off the main appliance. Open
the jar lid and take out the inner basket.
12- Remove processed foods from the basket.
The inner basket can be used for straining ingre-
dients.
Caution:
1- The maximum amount of water added to the mi-
xing jar should be 600ml and with the level below
the basket.
2- Danger of scalding due to hot steam or hot con-
densed water.
3- Hot steam and hot condensed water are dange-
rous. Please handle with care.
4- Do not touch the metal part of the jar while it is
hot. Hold only the handle of the bowl to move it.
BLADE GUARD:
The blade guard can be used both for kneading
ingredients (pastry programme) and for making
risotto.

Follow the steps below:
1. Place the blades and blade guard in the mixing
jar.
2. Place the food in the jar.
3. Close the lid of the jar.
4. Turn it until it locks into position and place the
measuring cup/plug into the jar lid nozzle.
5. Place the jar on the central unit.
6. Plug the appliance into the mains and press the
power button.
7. Select the required time, speed and temperature
or the "pastry" programme.
8. Press the "Start/Stop" button. The appliance
starts operating and the timer starts counting down.
9. A "beep" sound will be heard when the operation
is completed.
10. Switch off the unit when you have finished
using it. Open the jar lid.
11. Remove processed foods from the jar.
Caution:
1. Do not switch on the appliance until the blade
guard has been fitted.
2. Do not add ingredients that may damage or block
the blade when the blade is in motion and the blade
guard is in place.
7. CLEANING:
1. Before cleaning the appliance, switch it off and
unplug it from the mains.
2. Do not immerse the jar in water to clean it.
3. Remove the blade only when the jar has cooled.
Always keep the contact pins on the bottom of the
jar clean and dry -- clean them only with a damp
cloth.
4. Unscrew the sealing ring and remove all acces-
sories. Do not wash the metal jar and blade in the
dishwasher!
5. Never use pointed or sharp objects for cleaning
as they may damage the functional parts or affect
the safety of the appliance.
6. The blade is very sharp! Handle with care!
7. Clean all parts with hot soapy water. Clean im-
mediately after use. Rinse with hot water and dry
immediately.
8. It is advisable to lubricate the blade with a little
vegetable oil.
9. Clean the main unit with a soft, damp cloth.
10. If the mixing jar and blades are difficult to clean,
you can add a little hot soapy water to the mixing
jar and run the appliance on speed 1 for a few se-
conds.
