4- MODE OF USE
The Chef-O-Matic® Kitchen Robot allows you to
cook/process food easily, quickly and with great
versatility.
SWITCH ON THE DEVICE:

Plug in and press "On/Off button (L)" to enter stan-
dby mode. Figure 5
The LCD display area is shown below:
Temperature" display:000ºC; "Time" display:
"00:00";
Speed" screen: "00".
Glass capacity:
The maximum capacity of the glass is 3 litres. For
safety purposes avoid going over the 2 litre mark
when preparing food.
MANUAL MODES:
START/ STOP:
Press this button to start the appliance or stop its
operation.
1) Pressing the "Start/Stop" button will stop the
current operation. Pressing it again will resume
the interrupted operation with the same settings as
you have programmed.
2) If you press the "Start/Stop" button for more than
2 seconds in any operating situation, the device
will return to standby status. All your settings will
be cleared.
PULSE:
Pressing "Pulse" will instantly rotate the blades at
speed 10.
When the temperature of the container is above
60o C, the blades will instantly rotate on speed 4.
TIMER:
To set the time: press "timer" and adjust it by pres-
sing "+ " or "-".
The time range supported by the Kitchen Robot is

from 0 seconds to 90 minutes.
SPEED:
To adjust the speed: press "speed" and adjust it by
pressing "+" or "-".
The speed setting range is 01 to 10, with 10 being
the fastest.
When blending or cooking at speed, the blades
cause the ingredients to move up the sides of the
mixing jar. When introducing a new ingredient,
push everything down towards the blades with the
spatula.
TEMPERATURE:
To set the cooking temperature, press "temperatu-
re" and adjust it by pressing "+" or "-".
The temperature setting range is 30 ºC to 120ºC.
When the temperature of the container is above
60 ºC.
1) The working speed shall be limited to speed
01-04.
2) The machine will automatically change the wor-
king speed to speed 4, even if the selected wor-
king speed is set between 05 and 10.
BALANCE:
Select "scale" to weigh ingredients.
The weight adjustment range is 5g to 5000g.
When the "scale" button is pressed the LCD will
display "Weight" (0000g).
Place the food on the electronic scale.
Then read the number that appears on the LCD
display. This is the weight of the food.
Press and hold the "balance" button for more than
2 seconds, or press and hold the "Start/Stop" but-
ton for more than 2 seconds to exit the function.
CUTTING/GRINDING:
Select "speed" and choose from 0 (slowest) to 10
by pressing "+" or "-".
You can select "timer" and set the time (by pres-
sing "+" or "-") or let the appliance operate without
a timer.
Press "start/stop" to start/stop the programme.
COOK:
Select "speed" and choose from 0 (no blade mo-
vement) to 10 by pressing "+" or "-".
PROGRAMMED MODES:
The Chef-O-Matic® Kitchen Robot has several
programmes with automatic direct access.
At the end of the programmes you will hear the
"Beep" sound.
SOUP:
To prepare soups and creams.
