CARE AND CLEANING
Before first and after each use, clean it following these instructions.
 Jar, lid and tamper cleaning
1. Unplug the mixer.
2. Remove the carafe from the base and empty it completely. Rinse it with lukewarm water.
3. Add two drops of liquid dishwashing detergent and up to half the carafe of warm water.
4. Close the jug tightly with the lid and place it on the base.
5. With the power button turned OFF, plug in the mixer.
6. Put the power button in the ON position and select the SELF CLEAN program and wait until it ends.
7. Turn the power button to the OFF position and unplug the mixer.
8. Remove the carafe from the base, empty it and rinse it with clear water and wipe all the soap.
9. Clean the pusher, cap, and filler plug with warm, soapy water.
10. Dry the jug and the rest of the accessories with a soft cloth, place them on the base and you can
store them away.
ATTENTION: be very careful when disassembling the jug with the blades, they are very sharp..
 Base cleaning
1. Unplug the mixer. Clean the base case with a damp cloth with a little detergent. Take care that no
liquid gets inside the motor. Do not use abrasive materials or products.
2. Remove the carafe support, clean it with soapy water, rinse with water and dry it before putting it
back on the base.
3. Clean the blender base with a soft cloth. If necessary add a drop of detergent to the cloth
4. When the power, press and speed control buttons get sticky, clean them with a cotton swab and
liquid detergent. Dry them immediately..
Blades cleaning
1. Remove the blades with provided tool. Snap the
hooks into the nut's holes; hold the jar with the other
hand and turn the nut clockwise with the tool.
2. Grasp the blades carefully, they are very sharp. Clean
them and put them back into position.
3. Tighten the nut with the tool turning to the left.
Make sure that it is tightly tightened to prevent the
blades dismounting and that the jar loses liquid.
