Connection
• Hoses or pipes can be connected at the inlet (IN) and at the outlet (OUT). A variety of connec-
tion adapters are provided. Additional adapters are available as accessories.
• The line on the intake side (IN) should not have a smaller diameter than the line on the pres-
sure side (OUT).
• The greater the line diameter, the smaller the friction losses in the line and the better the flow
rate.
• The line diameter must not be restricted unnecessarily by a hose sleeve. If necessary, shorten
the hose sleeve based on the hose diameter.
• The pump can handle particles with a size of up to 0.4 in (11 mm). Larger particles will clog the
pump. We recommend installing a filter or skimmer on the intake side.
Do not plug the power plug into the outlet yet!
