Pull the quick release (26), lift up the main frame (1) and the front
stabiliser (2), and align the quick release (26) with the abdominal press
function hole.

Attach the rowing machine handlebar (5) to the front support (4) and
insert the pin (36) (see picture on the right).
The abdominal press is now completely assembled. Finally, check that
all screws are tight.
