Remove the rowing machine handlebar (6), the pin (36), the knob (37) and
the rower handlebar (5).

Pull the quick release (26), fold out the main frame (1) and the front
stabiliser (2) horizontally, and snap the quick release (26) into the rowing
machine function hole.
