Cleaning the torch
1 Remove the gas nozzle.
2 Remove weld spatter and spray with anti-spatter agent.
3 Replace wear parts if damaged.

1 Loosen the clamping screw.
2 Dismantle the valve.
3 Loosen the set screw.
4 Remove the pressure spring and valve ball. Clean the valve ball, replace
if necessary.

Annual maintenance by an electrician
► Have all components (welding torch, cable assembly, spare parts and
consumables) checked and cleaned by a qualified electrician trained
by ABICOR BINZEL or have the components replaced if necessary.

Equipment marked with this symbol is covered by European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).

Warranty
This product is an original ABICOR BINZEL product.
Alexander Binzel Schweisstechnik GmbH & Co. KG guarantees correct
manufacture and assumes a factory production and function warranty for this
product upon delivery, which is in line with the most current technology and
the regulations in force. If ABICOR BINZEL is responsible for a defect that is
present, ABICOR BINZEL is obliged to remedy the defect or deliver
a replacement at its own cost and its own discretion. The warranty covers
manufacturing faults, but not damage resulting from natural wear and tear,
overloading or improper use.
The warranty period is defined in the General Terms and Conditions.

4 Replace the neckliner if worn or dirty.
5 Clean the disconnection point and grease the O-rings with silicone-free
grease.
6 Test the TCP in the alignment jig after every use and following a collision.
5 Check the O-rings for damage, replace if necessary.
6 Reinsert the valve ball and compression spring.
7 Screw in the set screw. Observe the maximum screw-in depth.
8 Mount the valve and secure with a clamping screw and a maximum
tightening torque of 2 Nm.
► In the case of extremely frequent use and/or very high current intensity
and/or evident wear, shorten the interval.
Exceptions in the case of specific products are regulated separately.
Warranty will also be rendered invalid if spare and wear parts are used that
are not original ABICOR BINZEL parts and if the product has been repaired
improperly by the user or a third party.
Wear parts are excluded in general from the warranty. In addition,
ABICOR BINZEL is not liable for damage caused by using our products.
