— Ensure that the worklight is hung out of the
way of walkways and working areas with by-
standers.
— When not in use, always put the utility hook
into the closed position.
Magnetic Attachment
(Fig. 1)
You can use the Magnet 7 to attach the worklight
to ferromagnetic surfaces. When attaching the
worklight, be mindful not to leave scratches on
delicate surfaces.
— Keep your fingers away from the rear side of
the Battery Holder 4 when attaching the work-
light to surfaces. The pulling force of the mag-
net may trap your fingers.
To avoid accidents, always disconnect the Battery Pack from the tool before
cleaning or performing any maintenance.

performed by un au thorized personnel may re-
sult in misplacing of internal wires and compo-
nents which could cause serious hazard. We
recom mend that all tool service be performed
by a Bosch Factory Service Center or Authorized
Bosch Service location.
Batteries
Be alert for battery packs that are nearing their
end of life. If you notice decreased tool perfor-
mance or significantly shorter running time be-
tween charges then it is time to replace the bat-
tery pack. Failure to do so can cause the tool to
operate improperly or damage the charger.

Cleaning
Certain cleaning agents and
solvents
parts. Some of these are: gasoline, carbon tetra-
chloride, chlorinated cleaning solvents, ammo-
nia and household detergents that contain am-
monia.
To avoid damage, clean the plastic lens of the
cordless worklight only with a dry, soft cloth. Do
not use cleaning agents or solvent.
