Lubrication
The machine does not need additional lubrication.
Diagnostic
If the machine does not function normally, suspend its use and use the following table to nd the possible cause and its
respective solution.

Poor quality of weld bead
If the cause of the machine malfunction is not one of those listed above, send the equipment to a service center for
inspection.
Warning: Never try to repair the machine or uncover it. We are not responsible for any accident that occurs due to
improper maintenance of the equipment.
Possible cause
• No power supply.
• Inappropriate fuse or breaker.
• Thermal protection in
operation
• Inappropriate connection
• Low input voltage
• Work clamp (ground) away
from the point to be welded
• Defective electrode

Solution
• Check connection
• Wait for the thermal protection
to stop working.
• Check electrical connection
• Check clamp location to
ensure proper connection.
Clean rust or paint.
• Place the clamp as close as
possible to where it is to be
welded.
• Change the electrode
