Storage
Protect the rollator from dust and moisture and store it in a safe place to prevent damage to the frame and wheels.
Shield your rollator from strong heat sources.
Disposal
Do not dispose of the rollator with regular household waste. Please contact your authorized dealer or take the
rollator to your local disposal site.
Service Life
If used within its intended purpose and maintained, inspected, and serviced according to instructions, the Actimo®
Basic is expected to have a lifespan of five years. The lifespan may vary significantly depending on how the product
is treated and cared for. Careful handling can extend the lifespan, while extreme or improper use can shorten it.
Determining the lifespan by Rehaforum Medical GmbH does not imply an additional warranty.
Warranty
The warranty period is 24 months and covers all product defects that are proven to result from manufacturing or
material errors.
The warranty claim does not apply if the rollator shows signs of unauthorized repairs or interventions by non-
authorized dealers, or if foreign accessories have been installed without prior written approval from Rehaforum
Medical GmbH.
Reporting/Incidents
All serious incidents related to the product must be reported to the manufacturer and the relevant authority of the
member state in which the user and/or patient is located.
