GUARANTEE

1.1 Serial number

For a er-sales service and warranty purposes, the vehicle iden ﬁ ca on number must be entered.

1.2 Content of the warranty

1.2.1 Repairs are carried out free of charge if the problems are of a manufacturing nature or are related

to a (a repair of this kind will herea er be referred to as a warranty repair).

1.2.2 Warranty repairs can only be carried out by ANTAR service.

1.2.3 ANTAR is not responsible for transport costs related to repair and replacement.

1.2.4 Replaced parts are the property of ANTAR.

1.3 Guarantee period and parts covered by the guarantee

Electrical parts (motor, controller, charger): 12 months from the date of purchase

Wheelchair frame: 12 months from date of purchase

Ba eries: 6 months from date of purchase

1.4 Parts not covered by the warranty

The items listed below are not covered by the warranty:

1.4.1 Wear and tear of components resul ng from use and the passage of me (e.g. normal material

ageing, deteriora on of quality of paint and plas cs, etc.)

1.4.2 Damage caused by lack of maintenance or improper handling and storage;

1.5 Problems resul ng from the following causes are not covered by the warranty:

1.5.1 Improper storage;

1.5.2 Interference by changing or adding non-original components to the vehicle;

1.5.3 Damage caused by the use of parts other than ANTAR original parts or other parts not

recommended by ANTAR;

1.5.4 Excessive or improper use of the vehicle, such as driving over kerbs and overloading the

wheelchair;

1.5.5 Driving in areas where the vehicle should not normally be engaged or used;

1.5.6 Damage or corrosion of surfaces caused by environmental factors such as precipita on air

(chemicals, tree sap, etc.), stones, hail, windstorms, ﬂ oods, etc;

1.5.7 Modiﬁ ca on of any materials or components not authorised by ANTAR;

1.5.8 The wheelchair may not be pulled or pushed by another vehicle when the wheelchair is occupant

or the rear wheels are not set in "free" running mode.
