CAREFUL! While using

Hold the handles ith both hands firmly hile driving and make sure the cables
are facing up. Holding the crank arms in a horizontal or up ard position could
a ect the cables.

Cables should never get folded or pinned, as this could damage and cause
them not to ork properly.
•
When you stop and release the handlebar of the HANDBIKE BATEC HIBRID,
al ays make sure the crank arms are at their lo est point, meaning perpendic-
ular to the ground.
2.3. GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
CAREFUL!

Remember to al ays turn o the BATEC ELECTRIC HANDBIKE before attaching
or detaching it to the wheelchair.
•
Do not use the BATEC ELECTRIC HANDBIKE if it behaves abnormally or errat-
ically.
•
Do not use the BATEC ELECTRIC HANDBIKE with dead batteries.
•
Take your HANDBIKE BATEC HIBRID to a distributor or technical service provider
authorised by BATEC MOBILITY regularly for servicing.
•
Avoid contact or proximity to fire, particularly lit cigarettes.
•
If the HANDBIKE BATEC HIBRID is exposed to direct sunlight or lo
tures for an extended period of time, the HANDBIKE BATEC HIBRID pieces may
overheat ( 41 C) or become too cold ( 0 C).
•
Only use our charger to charge the battery.
