Handset settings
The icon is shown in the sound manager
in front of the name. Three Ù and 17 ×
are preconfigured in your telephone. You
can rename or delete the preconfigured
sounds.
You can download sounds in .psf and in
iMelody format from a PC (page 28). You
can use your Gigaset SL44 to record your
own sounds in P2CM format.
You can listen to existing sounds, and
rename and delete sounds you have
loaded and stored on the handset, in the
sound manager.
Recording sounds
You can record sounds via the sound man-
ager (max. length 30 seconds).

Renaming/deleting a sound
You have selected an entry. If a sound can-
not be deleted (è), these options are not
available.
