Handset settings

Change entries of more than one line:
Appoint.:

Date:
Enter the day/month (4 digits).
Time:
Enter the hours/minutes (4 digits).
Notes:
Press the display key
(up to 16 digits) and press
is displayed as an appointment name in
the list and shown in the display when
you have an appointment call. If you do
not enter any text, the date and time of
the appointment are shown.

Save the changes (page 10).
You will see the icon ¼. The appointment
is marked in the appointment list with ‰.
The appointments are arranged in the list
according to date.
An appointment is signalled with the
selected ringer melody (page 18). The
appointment call sounds for 30 seconds.
The specified text or date and time are dis-
played.
During a call an appointment call is only
signalled by a brief tone.

Switching off or answering an
appointment call
Precondition: The appointment call is in
progress.
Press the display to switch off
§Silence§
the appointment call.
Displaying missed
appointments and anniversaries
Missed appointments/anniversaries
(page 12) are stored in the following cases
in the Missed Dates list:
u
You did not keep an appointment/anni-
versary.
u
The appointment/anniversary was sig-
nalled during a call.
u
The handset was switched off at the
time of the appointment/anniversary.
The newest entry is at the beginning of
the list.
If there is a new appointment/anniversary
in the list, the display shows
If you press the display key the
Dates list is opened.
Opening the list via the menu:

Select appointment/
anniversary.
This will display information
about the appointment/anni-
versary. A missed appoint-
ment is marked with ¼, a
missed anniversary with ‚.
