Disinfect the accessories listed in Table 1 by
using a milk bottle disinfection appliance (no
microwaves), the treatment should last at least
15 minutes. It is necessary to use demineralised
or distilled water to prevent limescale deposits,
which might impair the operation of the nebu-
lisation head. Carefully read the operating in-
structions of the device used with regard to the
amount of water required and the method to be
followed for disinfection.
Disinfect the accessories listed in the Table 1
by boiling for 10 minutes. It is necessary to use
demineralised or distilled water to prevent lime-
scale deposits, which might impair the opera-
tion of the nebulisation head.
Before performing a new application, wait for
the components to col and dry.
6.4.3 (METHOD C) Use of disinfectant with elec-
trolytic chloroxidiser (active principle sodium
hypochlorite): immerse accessories 3, 4, 5 in a
solution obtained in compliance with the pro-
portions indicated by the liquid manufacturer.
