Deacitivating the child- -safety device
The child--safety device can only be deactivated
when the hob is switched off.

Safety cut off after a time
If a cooking zone is not switched off or if a setting is not
varied after a defined time, the corresponding cooking
zone will switch off automatically.

To re--set the cooking zones, if required, the appliance
must be switched back on using the main switch
ON/OFF.
Safety cut off due to a spillage
Liquids that boil over and spill onto the surface will
cause the cooking zones to switch off.
The hob will also switch itself off if a wet cloth is placed
on the control panel.
In either case the appliance must be switched back on,
once the liquid or cloth has been removed, with the
main switch
ON/OFF for further use.
