Symptom
The cooler does not start up.

Cause
• No power reaches the cooler.
• Reverse polarity in the cooler's power supply
connection.
• The cooler's blower does not work.
• Battery charge level too low.
• Not enough water reaching the cooler's humidity
filter.
• The humidity filter has lost its wetting capacity.
