Symptom
Excessive blower noise.
The blower or water pump works
with the unit powered off.
Water enters through the joint in the
cooler and the vehicle's roof.
The touch panel does not respond.
The remote control does not work.
Contact an Authorised Service Centre if any of the errors persist.
Cause
• Blower defective.
• Electronic control damaged.
• Poorly adjusted seal between the roof and the
cooler.
• Fastening brackets not properly tightened.
• Touch panel poorly connected. The cooler gives out a
beeping sound.
• Touch panel wet.
• Touch panel assembled incorrectly.
• Touch panel defective.
• Remote control battery flat.
• Remote control broken.
