Target training settings
This computer has five target training modes: time, strokes, distance,
calories and pulse (Set when stopping exercise)�
Time target training mode
First press the "MODE" button to switch to the "TIME" function,
and then press the "UP" and "DOWN" button to set the target time
(Press and hold the up and down button to speed up the setting)�
when it reaches the required time, stop the button� Then start to
use the machine, and the display will start to count down� When the
count down reaches zero, the computer will sound an alarm to remind
the user that the training goal is completed� if you continue to train,
the computer will automatically start to count up from zero�
Strokes target training mode
First press the "MODE" button to switch to the "STROKES" function,
and then press the "UP" and "DOWN" button to set the target
strokes (Press and hold the up and down button to speed up the
setting)� when it reaches the required strokes, stop the button� Then
start to use the machine, and the display will start to count down�
When the count down reaches zero, the computer will sound an alarm
to remind the user that the training goal is completed� if you continue
to train, the computer will automatically start to count up from zero�
Distance target training mode
First press the "MODE" button to switch to the "DISTANCE"
function, and then press the "UP" and "DOWN" button to set the
target distances (Press and hold the up and down button to speed up
the setting)� when it reaches the required distances, stop the button�
Then start to use the machine, and the display will start to count
down� When the count down reaches zero, the computer will sound
an alarm to remind the user that the training goal is completed� if you
continue to train, the computer will automatically start to count up
from zero�
Calories target training mode
First press the "MODE" button to switch to the "CALORIES"
function, and then press the "UP" and "DOWN" button to set the
target calories (Press and hold the up and down button to speed up
the setting)� when it reaches the required calories, stop the button�
Then start to use the machine, and the display will start to count
down� When the count down reaches zero, the computer will sound
an alarm to remind the user that the training goal is completed� if you
continue to train, the computer will automatically start to count up
from zero�
Pulse target training mode
First press the "MODE" button to switch to the "PULSE" function,
and then press the "UP" and "DOWN" button to set the target pulse
(Press and hold the up and down button to speed up the setting)�
when it reaches the required pulse, stop the button� Then start to use
the machine, When the user's pulse is higher than the target pulse,
the computer will give an alarm�
NOTE
• During the setting process, if you want to modify the target
value, press the reset button to clear the current setting or press
and hold the reset button for about 2 seconds to clear all target
values, and then reset according to the above description�
Bluetooth & APP
- This console can connect with an APP on a smart device by
Bluetooth (iOS & Android)�
- Establish the Bluetooth connection only via the connection mode
on the installed APP on your smart device�
- When the bluetooth connection between APP and console is
established the console display will be dimmed�
NOTE
• Tunturi only provides the option to connect your fitness console
throughout a bluetooth connection� Therefore Tunturi cannot
be held responsible for damage, or malfunctioning of products
other than Tunturi products�

Cleaning and maintenance
The equipment requires very little maintenance, please follow up on
below instructions� The equipment does not require recalibration
when it is assembled, used and serviced according to the instructions�
WARNING
• Do not use solvents to clean the equipment�
• Clean the equipment with a soft, absorbent cloth after each use�
• Regularly check that all screws and nuts
are tight�
• If necessary, lubricate the joints�
Lubricate the chain
Lubrication is a highly important service activity for the rower chain��
The recommended lubrication interval is after every 50 hours of use�
- Pour a little purified mineral oil on a lint-free cloth�
- With the cloth, stroke the entire length of the chain back and forth
until the chain is oiled over the full length�
- Wipe off the excess and repeat if needed�
WARNING
• Never apply too much oil to avoid taints�
Defects and malfunctions
Despite continuous quality control, defects and malfunctions caused
by individual parts can occur in the equipment� In most cases, it will
be sufficient to replace the defective part�
- If the equipment does not function properly, immediately contact
the dealer�
- Provide the model number and the serial number of the equipment
to the dealer� State the nature of the problem, conditions of use
and purchase date�
Trouble shooting:
- When the display of LCD is dim, it means the batteries need to be
changed�
- If there is no signal when you pedal, please check if the cable is
well connected�
NOTE
• When stop training for 4 minutes, the main screen will be off�
• If the computer displays abnormally, please re-install the
batteries and try again�
