Console (Fig� E)
WARNING
• Keep the console away from direct sunlight�
• Dry the surface of the console when it is covered with drops of
sweat�
• Do not lean on the console�
• Only touch the display with the tip of your finger� Make sure that
your nails or sharp objects do not touch the display�
Operation
Power on
- Press any key to power on the console when being in sleep mode�
- Start workout to power on the console when being in sleep mode�
- Press any button to turn on the computer backlight, and the
backlight will automatically turn off and enter the energy-saving
mode after about 8 seconds
Power off
- Without any signal being transmitted into the monitor for 4 minutes
the monitor will enter SLEEP mode automatically�
Explanation Display functions
Time
- Without setting the target value, time will count up�
- When workout in time target mode, the parameter will count down
from your target time to 0�
- Display range: 0:00 ~ 99:59�
- Setting range: 1:00 ~ 99:00 (± 1:00)
Time/ 500m
- Shows the time needed to run a 500 meter distance workout,
based on the current rowing intensity�
- Display range: 0 ~ 99:00 minutes�
Strokes
- Without setting the target value, strokes will count up�
- When workout in strokes target mode, the parameter will count
down from your target time to 0�
- Display range: 0 ~ 99999 strokes
- Setting range: 1:00 ~ 99:00 (± 1:00)
Total strokes
- Displays the cumulative number of times the user has exercised for
many times�
- Value will reset after the batteries are re-installed�
- Display range: 0 ~ 99999 strokes
Distance
- Without setting the target value, strokes will count up�
- When workout in strokes target mode, the parameter will count
down from your target time to 0�
- Display range: 0 ~ 99999 meters
- Setting range: 1:00 ~ 99:00 (± 1:00)
Watt
- Display current workout watts�
- Range 0 ~ 999 watt
Calories
- Without setting the target value, calories will count up�
- When workout in calories target mode, the parameter will count
down from your target time to 0�
- Display range: 0 ~ 9999 calories
- Setting range: 1:00 ~ 99:00 (± 1:00)
NOTE
• This data is a rough guide for comparison of different exercise
sessions which cannot be used in medical treatment�
SPM
- SPM is Strokes Per Minute and is showing the average Strokes per
minute during workout�
- Display range: 0 ~ 999 strokes per minute
Pulse
- Measured pulse will display after 6 seconds when detected by the
console�
- Pulse alarm will sound when current pulse is over the target pulse�
- Display range: 0-60 ~ 240 BPM
NOTE
• The measured value cannot be used as a medical basis�
Explanation of buttons
MODE
Press this button to select time, strokes, distance, calories and pulse
functions�
ENTER
Press this button to switch time and time/500M functions, pulse and
SPM functions, distance and watt functions, strokes and total strokes
functions�
UP/DOWN
To set the values of time, strokes, distance, calories and pulse�
RESET
Press the mode button to switch to the target function, and then
press the reset button to reset the function value (time, strokes,
distance, calories and pulse)� Press and hold the reset button for
about 2 seconds to restart the computer, and all values of the
computer will be reset (except the total strokes, which will return to
zero after the battery is reinstalled)�
RECOVERY
Press this button to test the pulse recovery ability of the user� After
a period of exercise, you still need to wear the wireless heartbeat
chest belt� When the computer has pulse value display, press this
button to start the pulse recovery function� The computer will enter
the 60 second countdown� After the countdown, the user's pulse
recovery status will be displayed on the screen� The recovery status
represented by the F value is as follows:(Press the reset button to
switch back to the main display screen� )
