4. ENTRETIEN

2 fois par an, en fonction de l'utilisation de l'appareil, inspecter :
la propreté du dévidoir
les connexions électriques et gaz.
ATTENTION
Ne jamais entreprendre un nettoyage interne ou dépannage sans
s'être assuré au préalable que le poste est effectivement débranché
du réseau.
Démonter les panneaux du dévidoir et aspirer les poussières et particules présentes.
Le travail sera exécuté avec un embout plastique afin de ne pas endommager les
isolants des bobinages.
ATTENTION
Les circuits électroniques seront nettoyés avec soin par aspiration
sans que l'embout ne brutalise les composants.
En cas de mauvais fonctionnement du dévidoir, avant l'analyse de la panne prenez
toujours la précaution de :
vérifier les connexions électriques des circuits de puissance, de commande
et d'alimentation.
l'état des isolants, des câbles, des raccords et des canalisations.
ATTENTION
A chaque mise en route de l'installation et avant toute intervention
technique SAV, vérifier que :
les bornes de puissance soient bien serrées
qu'il s'agit du bon couplage
le débit du gaz
l'état de la torche
la nature et le diamètre du fil

4.1. GALETS ET GUIDES FILS

Ces accessoires assurent, dans des conditions d'utilisations normales, un service
prolongé avant de nécessiter leur échange.
Il arrive cependant qu'après un temps d'utilisation, une usure exagérée ou un
colmatage dû à un dépôt adhérant, se manifeste.
Pour minimiser ces effets négatifs, il est bon de veiller à l'état de propreté de la
platine.
Le groupe moto réducteur ne nécessite aucun entretien.

4.2. LISTE DES DEFAUTS

Défaut connectique dévidoir (ou sécurité CAN) : dialogue interrompu avec le
dévidoir (exclusivement) ou pas de dévidoir présent (ne s'affiche pas en
électrode enrobée)
Acquitter cette sécurité par un appui sur la touche OK
Défaut affichés au poste mais liés au dévidoir :
Défaut codeur : Acquitter cette sécurité par un appui sur la touche OK mais ce
défaut (sauf si détection intempestive) impose une intervention sur le dévidoir
(voir procédure de dépannage)
Défaut tension moteur : Acquitter cette sécurité par un appui sur la touche OK
mais ce défaut (sauf si détection intempestive) impose une intervention sur le
dévidoir ou le générateur (voir procédure de dépannage)
Défaut courant moyen moteur : Acquitter cette sécurité par un appui sur la
touche OK
Acquittement : appui sur la touche OK ou deux appuis successifs sur la gâchette.

Twice a year, according to how often the set is used, inspect :
the general cleanliness of the wire feeder
the electrical and gas connections.
CAUTION
Never clean or make repairs on the inside without first making sure
that the set has been disconnected from the mains.
Remove the wire feeder panels and vacuum up any dust and particles presente.
Always fit a plastic nozzle when cleaning these parts so as not to damage the
winding insulation.
CAUTION
Carefully vacuum the electronic circuits, taking care to ensure that
the nozzle does not damage the components.
If the wire feeder develops a malfunction, before trying to diagnose the problem,
perform the following steps, check :
the electrical connections on the power, control and supply circuits.
the condition of the insulation, cables and lines.
CAUTION
At each startup of the welding set and before any SAV technical
servicing operations, check :
that power terminals are not poorly tightened
that the coupling is right
the gas flow
the condition of the torch
the kind and diameter of the wire

4.1. WIRE ROLLERS AND GUIDES

Under normal working conditions, these accessories will give you long service life
before requiring replacement.
However, early wear or clogging can be caused by sticky deposits.
To reduce the risk of this happening, check the cleanliness of the plate at regular
intervals.
The motor reducing gear set is maintenance-free.
Wire feed unit connection (or CAN safety) fault: dialogue broken off with the
wire feed unit (only) or no wire feed unit present (does not display in the coated
electrode mode)
Clear this safety message by pressing the OK key
Faults displayed on the welding set but connected with the wire feed unit:
Encoder fault: Clear this safety message by pressing the OK key but it will
require action at the wire feed unit (except for random detections)(see fault
finding procedure)
Motor voltage fault: Clear this safety message by pressing the OK key but it
will require action at the wire feed unit or the generator (except for random
detections)(see fault finding procedure)
Mean motor current fault: Clear this safety message by pressing the OK key
To clear: press the OK key or press the trigger twice.
