Place the LADDER (H) behind the FRONT RAILS (D
and E) and fasten the LADDER to the FRONT RAILS. Turn
four 5/8" HEX HEAD SCREWS (6) through four SPRING
WASHERS (1), through four FLAT WASHERS (2), through
the RAILS and into the LADDER a few turns using the
L-WRENCH (3).

NOTE: Do not completely tighten the SCREWS at
this time.
