TROUBLESHOOTING
The watch does not turn on. Charge the device during a few minutes. If
the watch does not charge, check the charger and USB cable.
Incoming/outgoing calls do not work. Check if the SIM card is properly
inserted. Make sure that the PIN code request is disabled.
The voice is not heard during the conversation. Make sure that the
microphone opening is clear. Do not use sharp objects to clean the opening
as they may damage the microphone. If the above steps do not solve the
problem, contact support at canyon.eu/user-help-desk.
REGULATIONS FOR SAFE USE
Do not press the screen with sharp objects or apply too much pressure. Do
not disassemble or attempt to repair the device yourself. Do not drop, throw
or bend the device. To avoid injury, do not use a watch with cracks or other
flaws. Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth only after turning the device
off and disconnecting it from the power supply.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The warranty period is 2 years from the moment of purchase unless
otherwise specified by local law. The service life equals the warranty period.
