Troubleshooting

A collision or a sharp pull causes
water to enter the motor.
The vent leaks
water.
The filter is not completely dry after
being cleaned.
The brush roller may be jammed by
large debris.

Self-cleaning cannot be enabled if

Move the appliance gently back
and forth while it is turned on.
Dry the filter completely before
use.
Remove the brush roller cover to
check and clean the brush roller.
Make sure the appliance is
being charged before enabling
the self-cleaning function.
Self-cleaning can only be
enabled while the appliance is
being charged and the battery
level is more than 15%
Re-install or empty the Used
Water Tank.
Re-install or fill the Clean Water
Tank.
Check and clear the blockage of
air outlet and air inlet.
After self-cleaning is complete,
the appliance will automatically
start the drying process once it
is charged to 15%.

If the appliance is not working properly, the screen display will show an error message.

Solution
Fill the Clean Water Tank.
Install the Used Water Tank.
Empty the Used Water Tank.
Rinse the Used Water Tank, including
the separation motor on the tank cover,
solid waste filter basket and tank cover
with water.
Refer to the Care & Maintenance section
to clean the tube and dirt sensor.
Clean the brush roller.
Install the brush roller.
Place the appliance back onto the base
for self-cleaning.
Solution
Restart the appliance for troubleshooting.
If the problem persists, pleas contact
customer service.
Wait until the battery's temperature
returns normal, then continue to use the
appliance.
