SETUP
1.
Disconnect from air supply.
WARNING! When loading the stapler, never
place a hand or any part of the body in the
fastener discharge area of the stapler. Never
point the stapler at anyone. Do not pull the
trigger or depress the trip as accidental
actuation may occur, possibly causing injury.
2. Press magazine cover slightly to unlatch and swing
cover open. (See Figure 1)
STAPLE LEG LENGTH
1.
Loosen set screw with provided Allen wrench.
(See Figure 2)
2. With a screwdriver, turn pivot pin to desired setting
(Short or Long). Tighten set screw when finished.

IMPORTANT! Spacers must be changed to use
1/2" (13 mm) staples.
STOP: If using 5/8" (16 mm) or 3/4" (19 mm)
staples, skip to Adjusting Coil Guides on page 4.

CHANGING SPACERS
NOTE: Only change spacer if using 1/2" (13 mm)
staples
1.
Using Allen wrenches, remove seven screws on front
plate and bracket to gain access to clinchers.
(See Figure 3)

2. Remove screw, clincher and spacer. (See Figure 4)
3. Replace spacer with 1/2" spacer for 1/2" staples.
NOTE: Ensure spacer is placed on stapler
before clincher.
4. Replace clincher, bracket and front plate. Secure
with previously removed screws.
