Important:
When contacting local distributors or suppliers for any diagnosis, please answer
below questions if possible:
Is there any error code displayed? (E0/E1/E2...)
Does the display window show the temperature from –9 °C to 70 °C?
Is the temperature adjustable from 18 °C to 32 °C when in cooling or heating
mode?
Can the speed be switched from low to high?
Is there any ventilation?
Does the compressor work?
