SOLUTION
After each use, or at least one month, charge the battery for 8-12
hours. Do not leave the battery on the charger for more than 20
hours.
The vehicle is equipped with an automatic reset fuse. If the vehicle is
overloaded or used incorrectly, the auto reset fuse will disconnect for
5-20 seconds before restarting. The auto reset fuse will cut for 5-20
seconds before becoming operational again. The fuse is located under
the seat.
To prevent the fuse from turning off the power, follow these guidelines:
-Do not overload the vehicle, maximum weight 30KG.
-Do not tow anything behind the vehicle.
-Do not drive on steep slopes.
-Do not crash into fixed objects, as the wheels may spin and the
engine may overheat.
Do not drive in very hot weather, the components could overheat.
Do not tamper with the electrical system as this could cause a short
circuit and blow the fuse.
Check that the battery connectors are firmly connected to each
other. If there are loose wires around the motor, contact your
dealer.
Replace the battery, please contact your dealer.
Water may have corroded the system, or loose dirt, gravel, or sand
may have jammed the switch.
The engine needs professional repair.
If the lug nuts are not tightened properly, the wheels will not
engage in forward gears. Tighten the nuts with the nut driver.
Make sure the battery connector and adapter connector are firmly
plugged in.
Make sure the charger is plugged into the outlet and the power to
the outlet is on.
Is the charger hot while charging? If not, the charger may be
broken and needs to be replaced.
You may not have charged the battery long enough. After each
use, or at least once a month, charge the battery for 8 to 12 hours.
Do not leave the battery on the charger for more than 20 hours.
Depending on the amount of use and varying conditions, the
battery should last between one and three years. Replace the
battery with a new one.
Replace the battery, please contact your dealer.
This is normal and is not a cause for concern. It is also normal that it
does not make any sound during charging.
Recharge the battery, please contact your dealer.

Reduce weight in the vehicle. The maximum user weight is 30 kg.
Avoid using the vehicle in extreme conditions, see 'Safety'.
