If the model of your appliance does not have the
accessories described above, they can also be bought
separately from the Technical Assistance Service.
USE AND CARE
• Fully extend the appliance's supply cord before each use.
• Do not use the appliance if its accessories are not
properly fitted.
• Do not use the appliance if the accessories attached to it
are defective. Replace them immediately.
• Do not switch the appliance on without water.
• Do not use the appliance if the On/Off button does not
work.
• Do not turn the appliance over while it is in use or
connected to the mains.
• Respect the MAX and MIN levels.
• Disconnect the appliance from the mains when not in use
and before undertaking any cleaning task.
• Store this appliance out of reach of children and/ or
persons with physical, sensory or reduced mental or lack
of experience and knowledge.
• Only use water with the appliance.
• Is recommended the use of bottled mineral water adapted
for human consumption.
• Do not remove the filter holder when coffee is being
made, as it is then under pressure.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE
• Make sure that all the product's packaging has been
removed.
• Please read carefully the "Safety advice and warnings"
booklet before first use.
• Before using the product for the first time, we recommend
running it just with water.
• Before using the product for the first time, clean the parts
that will come into contact with water and coffee in the
manner described in the «Cleaning» section.
FILLING WITH WATER
• You must fill the water tank before turning on the
appliance.
• Extract the water tank from its place.
• Open the cover.
• Fill the water tank, taking care to observe the MAX and
MIN levels.
• Close the lid.
• Put the water tank back into its housing, ensuring that it is
inserted properly.
• NOTE: It is not mandatory to remove the water tank. Even
so, if it's done, make sure that it is placed correctly after
filling it.
FILLING WITH COFFEE
• Remove the filter holder, turning it clockwise.
• With the help of the measuring spoon, place coffee
powder compatible with espresso machines in the filter.
1 spoon for 1 cup, 2 spoons for 2 cups. (6-7 g per cup to
be prepared).
• Next, lightly press down the ground coffee with the back
of the spoon.
• Replace the filter holder in the appliance.
• NOTE: Verify the filter holder is properly fitted after
loading.
USE
• Connect the appliance to the mains.
• Press the On/Off button. The ring light on the buttons
will start blinking, indicating that the coffee machine is
preheating.
