Attaching/removing the
clippings collector
With the clippings collector in place, re-
move the clippings from the hedge at hori-
zontal cuts towards the user. This makes it
easier to collect the clippings.

1. First slide the clippings collector (14)
with the angled edge onto the safety
cutter bar (2).

1. Pull the clippings collector (14) for-
wards off the safety cutter bar (2).
Checking the charge status
of the battery

charge level indicator (12) on
the battery (9).
The charge level of the battery is indic-
ated by illumination of the correspond-
ing LED lights.
