To replace the drill bit
WARNING: Pull out the plug from the power
outlet before you replace the drill bit.
WARNING: Use protective gloves. Let the
product become cool before you remove the
drill bit. The drill bit and the adjacent area
are very hot after operation.
WARNING: Only use diamond drill bits that
are approved for your product. Speak to

Maintenance
Make sure that movable parts function correctly and
move freely.
Make sure that the cutting tool is sharp and clean.
Make sure that the PRCD functions correctly.
WARNING: Not applicable for 100-120V
type sold in United Kingdom and Ireland.

Examine the power cord, other cables, and the power
plug for damage.
Make sure that the handles and holding surfaces are
dry, clean and free of oil and grease.
Make sure that the product is clean.
Examine the shaft seals for damage/water leakage.
Make sure that the nuts and screws are tight.
Make sure that the power switch operates correctly.

1. Make sure that you have got a new drill bit, the
supplied wrench and water resistant grease.
2. Lock the spindle axle with the wrench.
3. Turn the drill bit clockwise to remove it. (Fig. 22)
4. Lubricate the spindle shaft thread with water
resistant grease.
5. Turn the drill bit counterclockwise to install it. Tighten
fully. (Fig. 23)
