Important safety instructions
1. Before installation or use, read this manual carefully.
2. Read all the instructions and keep them for the life of the product.
3. Follow general safety rules when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric
shock, and/or personal injury.
4. The system should be installed by qualified professionals.
5. Upon receiving the inverter, check for any damage caused by transportation. Contact our local
distributor, or our company for assistance.
6. When placing or moving the inverter, follow the instructions in the manual.
7. During installation, assess whether the operation area poses an arc flash hazard.
8. Connect the inverter to a battery with a minimum capacity (Ah) recommended to be five times
the current equal to the inverter's rated output power divided by the battery's voltage.
9. Keep the inverter out of the reach of children.
10. This inverter is an off-grid type; strictly avoid connecting it to the grid to prevent damage.
11. The inverter is designed for stand-alone operation only; do not connect multiple units in parallel
or series to prevent damage.
12. When the inverter is working, the cover temperature is very high due to accumulated heat; do
not touch it.
13. When the inverter is working, refrain from opening the cabinet.
14. The inverter's AC output has high voltage; avoid touching the wiring to prevent electric shock.
15. There are no serviceable parts inside. If maintenance is required, contact our local distributor or
service personnel.
Installation safety instructions
1. Before installation, ensure the inverter is not connected to electricity.
2. Before installation, confirm that the inverter has enough space for heat dissipation. Avoid
installing it in areas with direct sunlight, humidity, salt spray, corrosion, grease, flammable
materials, explosive substances, or dust.
3. Check whether wiring connections are tight to prevent heat accumulation due to loose
connections.
4. Ensure the protective grounding is connected to the ground. The cross-section of the wire should
not be less than 4mm2.
5. The DC input voltage must strictly follow the parameter table. Too high or too low DC input
voltage will affect the inverter's normal operation and may cause damage. DC input 12V: Surge
voltage < 20V.
6. It is recommended that the connection length between the battery and the inverter be less than
3 meters. If greater than 3 meters, reduce the current density of the connection wire.
7. Select the system cables based on a current density of 3.5A/mm² or less.
8. Use a fast-acting fuse or breaker between the battery and inverter, with the rated current twice
the inverter's rated input current.
9. Avoid installing the inverter close to a flooded lead-acid battery because the terminals' spark may
ignite the hydrogen released by the battery.
10. The AC output terminal is only for the load connection. Do not connect it to another power
source or utility. Turn off the inverter when connecting loads.
11. Connecting a transformer or a load with surge power (VA) exceeding the overload power at the
AC output port is strictly forbidden; otherwise, damage to the inverter may occur.
12. Do not connect battery chargers or other similar products to the input terminal of the inverter to
prevent damage.
13. Avoid touching the wire end that hasn't been insulated and may be electrified.
