The appliance does not
start.

Possible Cause and Solution
The appliance cannot load water.
Ensure the water supply tap is open.
Ensure the water supply hose is not bent, kinked or trapped.
Ensure the drain pipe is at the proper installation height.
Turn off the water supply, unscrew the filler hose from the back of the
appliance and ensure the filter and compartment is clean and not blocked.
The appliance does not drain water.
Turn off the water supply, unscrew the filler hose from the back of the
appliance and ensure the filter and compartment is clean and not blocked.
Ensure the water drainage hose is not bent, kinked or trapped.
There is too much foam and/or water.
Ensure the correct amount of detergent is being used and it is suitable for
washing machines.
There is an issue with the door.
Ensure that the door is correctly closed and there are no clothes preventing
the door from closing fully.
If the door is locked, turn off the appliance and unplug from the mains
electrical supply. Wait for two or three minutes before opening the door.
Turn off the appliance and unplug from the mains electrical supply.
Wait for one or two minutes before turning the power back on. If the error
code continues, take note of the code and call the Customer Service
number for your country found at the end of this manual.
